Ok i picked out this really adorable faierie tattoo but it will take me some time to get the money I only get 10 dollars each time I watch my neighbors dog so. is it disrespectful to get a polynesian tattoo if your not polynesian or will a polynesian tattoo artist even do one for you if your not i really like dwayne “the rock” johnsons tattoo and was thinking of getting one similar to it any help will be apreciated thanks
