how much would this tattoo cost?

Ok i picked out this really adorable faierie tattoo but it will take me some time to get the money I only get 10 dollars each time I watch my neighbors dog so. How cheap pills much do you think it will cost? I have $85 that I got alltogether from my birthday and $10 from my neighbor do you think it will be more than that??? THANKS!!!
