Anyone Know Where I Can Find Free Info On The Meanings Behind The Designs Of Polynesian Tattoos?

I love the look of Polynesian tattoos and want to get some work.....but online prescriptions the symbols all represent something and I only know a couple of their meanings.Please...I need help finding out. My appointment is soon. Otherwise I gotta get something different. Which isn't a problem (I have alot of ideas). But I really need to find out what they mean. There is a site with a dictionary of Polynesian design meanings but it costs some bucks. I don't wanna pay for it yet if I don't have to. Thank You..
