Body Modification to em-body pan?

Ok so here is my question to the audience and please no quarks or quacks from the peanut gallery, so I am looking at some serious modification's to my body. Some of it has been quit controversial in the vanillas and mundanes.
I would like to em-body the look of the god Pan with a modern look and old world look with some personal twist and if anyone has suggestions and recommendations on price and where to go I would appreciate it, the following is a list what I would like done.
A) Enbed 2.34" balls in the palms of my hands dead center so when I open my hand it looks like a eyeball in each hand's palm.
B) Two sets of horns, one set under the skin, and the other set possibly screw on or snap on that contour my head so it looks like the horns are following the curve of my head, the screw implants or snap implants would have to be big enough to support a medium size goats horns or a adults.
Also I would like to know where could get the horns made so that this possible
C) Stretch the tips of my ears, and then point them at the ends, place 1 inch diameter rings at the ear lobe so that when I am wearing my horns the chain will be attached from my ears to the tips of the horns.
D) Enlarge the contour of my brow not beaded but with one fluid piece over each eye that curves with my eyes.
E) Due to the army's lovely dental Program I am missing two canines, so I would like enlarged canines to fill in the empty space not to the point of a vampires canines but just slightly larger then normal.
F) In the center of my chest I would like one solid fluid ring julting from my chest, and one in the center of the nap of my neck so I may attach chains going from my chest, under and over my arms to the ring in the nap of my neck.
G) A half facial tattoo similar to the Polynesian style
Now the reason for this, for me it is a sense of therapy for my PTSD and my issues I have been dealing with and I encountered while serving my last Generic pills year in the army in Iraq
