Let every company on the verge of failure fail that is capitalism. When times are good companies want no gov’t interference but, as soon as they are about to fail they are begging for gov’t intervention and help.
He explains that if the bird stops flapping it's wings for more than 10 seconds it will die (an allusion to the philosophy of an old saying "Get busy living or get busy dieing"). He also explains that when captured in slow-motion cinema, the birds wings flap in a figure 8 motion, which he explains is the mathematical equivalent of the symbol for eternity (often pictured laying on it's side); further alluding to "eternal life".
This is why you see a hummingbird fly off into the distance after he dies.

Ever heard of synchronicity? Nothing is ever random or a coincidence. I have the same thing, a red bird that always flys into my patio door, and then as soon as I see it, it flies away. No maybe it's not the same bird, but the fact that it keeps happening does mean something. It is your sign though, what does it mean to you? Maybe nature is trying to get you to notice her? Or maybe you are just becoming more aware of things around you.

In the begining, once the site is COMPLETE submit a google site map.
That is all you can really do, other than making sure you have a nice SEO friendly website to help rankings.
It does take time to get into google and once you are in google, if you site is reasonable changes and new pages can show up within a matter of hours. – my blog posts on my blog are usually added within 3 hours to google results.
Don't worry too much, worry more about making a good site, which is valid and user friendly, and google will come and do the rest
