I know you can buy cherries in MA, so there must be cherry trees there. Ask at you local farmer's market (sometimes called regional market) where you see cherries for sale. They'll tell you where their farms are, and you can then go see them.
There is also a famous display of them in Washington DC, and they grow wild here in your neighbor, upper NY state.
