Just go ask a tattoo artist. They would know. Or you could just bring an example in to one and they’ll give you all the info you need.

I was born in chile and of course there is the easter islands (rapa nui) so im thinking about getting a tattoo representing part of my heritage, also my ex girlfriend of 2 years is a really important person in my life, shes like my best friend and is always there for me and i want to get something representing her shes polynesian and im thinking about getting a polynesian tattoo representing her and her family, any ideas? or websites pictures etc? and no names or name ideas i dont want to get a name thank you.

It obviously has to look good… medium size (I want it on my leg), and also if anyone finds out what the polynesian symbols actually mean it would be great! I’m going to Hawaii soon and I might be able to get a tattoo while I’m there, but I’ve searched everywhere online and I can’t find one that works! I want it to mean something important as well… please help!!
